Important Shipping Update

Our studio will pause all shipments after December 1st, 2025 as we embark on a sourcing trip to discover new treasures for our upcoming collections.
Orders placed before December 1st, 2025 will ship normally. Orders placed after December 1st, 2025 will be shipped upon our return.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer automated shipping across the European Union.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping is available upon quotation.

Our logistics network is continuously expanding, and additional regions may be added in the future.
For destinations not yet covered, or for specific regional instructions, please contact our team directly at info@velarorigins.com before placing your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders above €200 within the European Union.
Orders below this amount, or destined for countries outside the EU, will be subject to standard or quoted shipping rates.

Taxes & Duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties, and local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These fees are not included in our listed prices and will be clearly indicated upon quotation.
All such costs remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Automated Shipping Calculation

While shipping rates within the EU are automatically calculated at checkout, Velar Origins reserves the right to review and correct any pricing or shipping errors resulting from system miscalculations.
In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a corrected quotation reflecting the accurate charges.
Customers will be notified immediately and may choose to confirm or cancel the revised order prior to fulfillment.

Return Policy

General Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition — unused, with original packaging and labels intact.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the amount will be confirmed upon quotation before the return is processed.

Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@velarorigins.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging and labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for the return remain the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
